About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from Motsohi Motsohi, which is run by Motsohi Motsohi. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Motsohi Motsohi is responsible for your order, including customer service, delivery, refunds and complaints. The website runs on Keni, which is not a party to your purchase.

Prices and payment

We are based in South Africa. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), and you are charged in Rand.

You pay online through Paystack, by card or any other payment method Paystack offers at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider, on its own secure payment page over an encrypted connection. Your card details are entered there, not on this website, and we never see or store them.

The personal details you give us are kept separately from your card details, which only the payment provider holds.

Availability

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will let you know and refund you in full within 14 days.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Your records

We email you a confirmation of every order, and your order history is in your account on this website.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email us at motsohi.motsohi.m@gmail.com or call us on 061 234 5678 first and we will try to put it right. If we can't resolve your complaint, you can refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at cgso.org.za.
