Changed your mind?

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. This includes your right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act to cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You pay the cost of sending the item back to us.

Faulty or not what you ordered

If an item is faulty, unsafe or not what you ordered, you can return it within 6 months of delivery. You choose whether we repair it, replace it or refund you, and we cover the cost of returning it. This is your right under the Consumer Protection Act.

How to return something

Email us at motsohi.motsohi.m@gmail.com or call us on 061 234 5678 with your order number and the item you want to return. We will tell you where to send it.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the item, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
